Project Summary: The King Abdullah WAQF Project is one of Madinah’s most significant mixed-use developments, strategically located in the city center to serve religious visitors, residents, and commercial users. The development combines a cluster of five international-standard hotels with a commercial retail mall, forming a unified hospitality destination with integrated engineering, utilities, and urban infrastructure.
PLAN-TECH Engineering Consultancy delivered full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ICT, and security system designs, ensuring seamless operation across the entire complex while meeting stringent WAQF, municipal, and Civil Defence requirements.
