Project Summary: Urban landscape and traffic improvement project. PLAN-TECH delivered MEP designs such as landscape lighting, power routing, Irrigation, and infrastructure adjustments.

Al Shomoukh Circle
IRAQ

Project Summary: A major roundabout and surrounding landscape development. PLAN-TECH provided MEP services for lighting, fountain design, pumping systems, irrigation, and underground utilities coordination.

Site Area: 1,200 m2

Built-up (Landscaped): 200,000 m2

Al-Naseem Site Infrastructure
IRAQ

Project Summary: PLAN-TECH delivered the complete engineering design for all site-wide infrastructure systems serving the Al-Naseem Residential Community.

The scope included full external utilities, landscape engineering, stormwater management, and road network integration across a large master-planned development.
